Hello,

Hey Everyone,

We hope you are well. Over the past weeks things have been going on as normal at Sunrise of Life Tupendane. Soon things will get very busy as Mamma Vumi and Dada Neema start preparing for the next school year. Although the next year does not start till January, we have found that if supplies for the coming year are bought in November we can save allot of money. This is because prices go up in December and January.

We are also excited to send Nuru to English Medium school in the coming year. Although he will have to fall back one year in the long run going to English Medium will greatly increase his chances of success in life. There is a perfect school just down the road from the centre that Neema and Mamma Vumi are seriously looking into for Nuru. Of course none of this would be possible with his great sponsors, so thank-you!!

Finally, Neema has arrived back from her safari to the UK. She reports that she had a great time with Peter and his wife and all their friends in Rotary there. Although it took her some time to adapt back to Tanzania life, she is glad to be back and has resumed doing an amazing job taking care of the centre and the children!!

Planning is going on for the next team of volunteers going to Tanzania to work at the centre next June-August. Katie, Charmaine, Ashley and Janelle from the Sunrise of Life Team will all be heading to Tanzania next June. Debate is still going on about which project should be completed while they are there, currently it is between showers, and orchard project. If you have any input or questions we would love to hear from you!! Also if you are interested in joining the group please contact us!! sunriseoflife.sol@gmail.com.

Cheers!
