The Sunrise of Life New Addition
Hello Everyone,
Yesterday Sunrise of Life received a new addition- a calf. The staff and children at the centre have been anticipating this for some while, and everyone is very happy!!
Now the children will have fresh milk on a daily basis.
In addition, the internet connection has allowed Neema to send a picture of the completed water-tank project. This tank collects water from the Classroom/kitchen/nurses-room building. This will be a great benefit to the centre and the children as during the dry seasons often the village water will run out. With this tank, a reservoir can be kept and the children and staff will not have to hike up or down the mountain to find water.
In the past weeks it was also possible to get the Centre Sign repainted. Thank-you to the Artist, he did a great job!! Check it out!
