Update-
It has been sometime since we have updated you on the happenings on this end. Things at CCF have been very well since the removal of the former managment. Just last week we got the police up at the centre so they could witness the breaking of the locks on the office and other buildings on the property. Of course this created more work for us as now we have to clean out all the buildings. While cleaning the office we did not find any records newer than the year 2005, this shows the 'honesty' of the former managment. Today we finished cleaning the office, it took most of this week. Next week we hope to clean the storage room and the third dorm.
In other news we have added another employee to the centre. Mamma Irene now helps Mamma Vumi with the cooking and caring of the children. Mamma Vumi has been given a week holiday and from this point on she gets two days off per week.
The new centre managers name is Neema. Neema has just graduated from a BA in community developement and is very excited to start working for Sunrise of Life!!! We will post pictures soon!
