Exciting news!!

The weekend before I left Tanzania Kennedys (a resident of CCF) mother was admitted to the hospital. Although she was pregnant at the time we did not know if this would be the day for her to deliver or not as she had been having a very hard pregnancy. It turned out that Kennedy's mother did have a child that weekend, a little boy. Often mothers will not name their child for a period of time due to the high infant mortality rates. Last weekend I got a text from Kate that Kennedy's family had finally given the baby a name and was very surprised to find out they named him after me!! So far God has made all things well for Little Tom. I hope to see him some day.
